Ethics & the CommercialLicensee
- Learn the interdependence of the Commissioner's Rules, Arizona
Statutes and the NAR Code of Ethics
- Class satisfies the Triennial Code of Ethics requirement
9 am-noon
Commissioner's Standards - 3 credits
Fair Housing & the Arizona Licensee
- Class includes a thorough review of Federal, State and Local Fair
Housing Laws
- Includes a discussion of landmark Fair Housing legislation
1 pm - 4 pm
Fair Housing - 3 credits
