DRAFTING A COMMERCIAL PURCHASE & SALE AGREEMENT

Learn how to draft this excellent, commonly used contract form. Can be utilized for

office, retail, industrial, multi-family and most other types of commercial properties

VALUATION & FINANCING OF COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES

Learn how to calculate a cap rate, find out relationship between a cap rate & the

market value of a commercial property; get formula to determine how large a

loan a commercial property can support based upon the Net Operating Income.

1-4pm

General - 3 credits
