Maggie Tidaback is the Economic Development Manager for the Town of Chino Valley. She grew up in the area and after graduating Prescott High School in 1996 she moved to Tucson to attend the University of Arizona, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Minor in Spanish. Her past career life was in several facets of commercial real estate, to include business brokerage; specializing in the sale of restaurants and bars. Her background was a natural fit for economic development; especially with business recruitment, small businesses retention and expansion and her understanding of real estate. Having grown up in Prescott, she has deep knowledge and understanding of the Quad-City community.  Maggie graduated from the University of Arizona in 2000 and moved to Southern California for 8 years, where she began her commercial real estate career. She worked at some of the largest commercial real estate companies in the world to include CB Richard Ellis, Cushman and Wakefield and the Irvine Company. She moved home in 2008 when she was ready to start a family and get back to rural. Chino Valley has a myriad of challenges and opportunities and Maggie offers a unique blend of leadership, vision, knowledge and passion to create a better quality of life for her community.

Cindy is currently the Town Manager for the Town of Chino Valley. She has held that position since February of 2021. She has worked in municipal government for 25 years. The first 5 years of her career were spent as the Budget Manager for the City of Avondale. She then became the Assistant Public Works Director and then the Public Works Director. Cindy has spent her career proudly serving the public. Some of her most notable accomplishments include: Developing water and wastewater master plans that ensured adequate water resources and future infrastructure expansion needs, implementing innovative customer service plans focusing on meeting customer needs quickly and effectively and what she considers most important is being a collaborative leader who motivates teams to achieve great things and exceed customer expectations. Cindy holds a Master of Business Administration Degree and Bachelor of Science in Business Finance.

In her current role as Town Manager Cindy is focusing on building trust with the community through transparency and communication, building and maintaining necessary infrastructure- with a priority on road work throughout the town and holding herself and her team to the highest of ethical standards.
