Learn how to properly draft the NNN Free-Standing Building Lease and necessary Exhibits This lease form is usable for retail, office, industrial, medical, restaurant, automotive or specialty buildings

Ethics and the Commercial Licensee

Learn and understand the interdependence of the Commissioner's Rules, the Arizona revised statutes and the NAR Code of Ethics. Class also satisfies NAR Triennial requirement of an Ethics Class.

Commissioners Stds - 3 credits
