Majestic Mountain Realty, Inc d/b/a Majestic Properties was formed in June of 2002 by Dan Frederiksen to provide personalized Real Estate Brokerage, Commercial Property Management, Sales and Leasing services to select clients. We service properties throughout Arizona and maintain offices in the Tempe and Prescott areas. Majestic Properties currently has a Management and Leasing portfolio that includes primarily multi tenant retail and office properties containing over 500,000 square feet with an estimated market value exceeding $75,000,000.
Dan Frederiksen has substantial experience and knowledge in the Arizona Real Estate Market having been an Arizona resident since 1982 and has been working exclusively in the Real Estate market since first receiving his Real Estate Salespersons License in 1993. Dan is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Arizona (2002) and has earned two certificates in Commercial Property Management (1999, 2004) from the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business. In 2002 Dan earned the designation of Certified Commercial Leasing Specialist (CCLS) from the Commercial Real Estate Institute.
