richard reimerWatching the Prescott Area Commercial Group (PACG) grow has been one of my most rewarding endeavors. PACG has become a vibrant organization with a clearly defined commitment to enhancing the commercial real estate expertise of its members.

The launching of our website is another milestone in PACG’s growth and I hope each Member will utilize the marketing capabilities and the resources we will be making available to you. Of course, the bottom line in all of this is the expertise we bring to our clients with respect to their commercial real estate needs.

Unique Member Benefits

Each PACG Member will have authorization to use the web site for marketing and skill development. The public will be able to view commercial properties you post to the site and in so doing be given the opportunity to contact you as a PACG Member through email, phone and website link.

On the back side of our PACG website, you will be able to use our private bulletin board to post your wants and needs for Members to review. In addition, you will have access to PACG listing and sales agreements, spreadsheets, PACG logos, videos and podcast training.

Mission Defined and Accomplished

The objective of the PACG Board of Directors was to create an online presence that would bring our message of expertise to the public, create opportunities for Members to market themselves and properties and of course, provide each of you with well crafted tools to make your work more effective.

We believe the PACG website/blog is just the beginning of the opportunities we can bring one another as Members. In this sense, our mission is being defined and accomplished.
