PACG is a non-profit organization engaged in promoting commercial real estate thoughout the communities of central and northern Arizona, including Prescott, Sedona, Prescott Valley, Flagstaff, Chino Valley, Payson, Kingman, Page and many others.
Your company is invited to participate with us as an advertising sponsor. The costs are extermely affordable and your message will be in front of the commercial real estate professionals who drive much of the economy in our area.
Our advertisement sponsors are given preferred placement in the PACG website and additional recognition in our networking and marketing meetings and print publications.
The value of advetising with PACG is seen realized in the predisposition of our members to use your services when needed and to recommend your company and its products and services to our clients.

Who Can Advertise? Just about anyone can advertise, whether business or commercial companies or agents. Click here to request an ad spot.
Who Controls the Advertisement Content? The final approval for all ad placement and content rests with the PACG Board of Directors. Click here to request an ad spot. Ad content must in some way contribute to and promote the commercial real estate interests of PACG Members and their clientel.
Advertisement Term. All advertisements in the PACG website/blog are 12-month ads. This approach saves time and allows PACG and its advertising partners to simplify costly billing processes. Advertisers may purchase one (1) additonal and concurrent year for the same price. Options are not granted. Click here to request an ad spot.
How are Ads Designed? All ads are 220 pixel wide by 80 pixels in height. Only PACG’s Internet Service Provider will design the ad and the cost is temporarily included in the ad price. Click here to request an ad spot.
Where can ads link? Ads can link to a personal website, blog, mls property, corporate website or subdirectory or, a link can be created to an email address. All links will open in a new window and approval of the link desitination must be approved by the PACG Board of Directors. Click here to request an ad spot.
How are ad positions established? All ad positions are established on a first-come, first-paid basis and this cannot be changed until an ad expires at which time the current ads will rotate to fill the vacated position. Click here to request an ad spot.
Can more than one ad be purchase by the same person? Yes, but the ads cannot be adjacent horizontally or vertically and will only be granted if such can be accomplished. The same person or entity can only purchase a maximum of two ad spots and the graphics must be different, while the link destination may differ. Click here to request an ad spot.
Can ad positions be re-sold? No, ads may not be resold to other persons or entities by advertisers. However, if a company is sold, the ad may be transferred to the new entity with a $100 set up fee. Click here to request an ad spot.
Will the advertisement pricing change? Yes. Ad prices will increase at the descretion of the PACG Board of Directors and there will be no required advance notice of the increase. However, all ads paid will not be affected by the price increase until renewal. Click here to request an ad spot.
How many ad spaces will there be? There are currently 12 sponsor ads at the bottom of each page and there are 4 additional rotating banner ads in the header. Click here to request an ad spot.
What are the ad prices? The banner ad prices are $360 per year and the page ads are $240 per year, paid in full. PACG does not accept monthly payments in order to keep the operating requirements and costs as low as possible. Click here to request an ad spot.
